Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started and there is no obligation to continue after the trial period ends.
What happens if I go over my minute limit?+
We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time or purchase additional minutes as needed. We never cut off your service mid-month without warning.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel, pause, or change your plan at any time with 30 days notice and no penalties or fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?+
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger businesses?+
Yes. If you have multiple locations, very high call volumes, or specific enterprise requirements, get in touch and we will put together a custom package for you.
What is included in the setup?+
Everything. We handle all configuration, prompt writing, voice selection, phone number setup, and testing. You simply join an onboarding call and we take care of the rest. You are live within 48 hours.
