How long does it take to go live?+

What happens if CONCIEIT does not know the answer?+
Your concierge handles this gracefully every time. It will take a message, offer to transfer the call to a human team member, or let the caller know that someone will follow up shortly, depending on the preferences you set during onboarding. It never guesses or makes up an answer.
Can callers tell they are speaking to AI?+
In most cases, no. Our voices are designed to be natural, warm, and conversational. Most callers cannot tell the difference. You also have full control over whether your agent introduces itself as AI at the start of each call, which some businesses prefer for full transparency with their customers.
