You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features of Preacher, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kaustubh@concieit.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Preacher is intended for legitimate B2B outreach. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the email sending features complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans for Preacher are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
License keys are issued upon successful payment and activate your plan for 30 days from activation. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated and the plan is in use. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at kaustubh@concieit.com and we will resolve it.
All content on this website and within our products — including text, design, code, logos, and AI agent personas — is the property of CONCIEIT and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written permission.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Supabase, Razorpay, Resend, smtp2go, and various AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or data practices of third-party services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of Preacher, including email delivery rates or reply rates.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CONCIEIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CONCIEIT and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the Preacher account settings page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
