This Privacy Policy describes how CONCIEIT ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using our website at www.concieit.com and our products, including CONCIEIT AI and Preacher.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account for Preacher.
• Demo request information — name, business email, phone number, and industry when you book a demo for CONCIEIT AI.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, and browser type, collected automatically via standard web analytics.
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details on our servers.
• Contact form submissions — messages and email addresses submitted through our contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Respond to demo requests and contact form submissions
• Process payments and activate license keys
• Send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications)
• Improve our products and services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Session tokens are stored in your browser's local storage and are invalidated on logout.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• smtp2go — email sending for Preacher users
• Render — backend hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the operation of our services, such as session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
